Project: 60 MW Mohale’s Hoek Wind Farm, Lesotho
Mohale’s Hoek Wind (Pty.) Ltd., part of the Hirundo Group, is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified Civil Engineers, Engineering Consultancies, or multidisciplinary teams to support the planning, engineering design, stakeholder alignment, and bankable cost estimation of access roads, intra-farm roads, and crane hardstands for the proposed 60 MW Mohale’s Hoek Wind Farm.
The assignment will include route assessment, planning, engineering design, stakeholder alignment, and bankable cost estimation to support project development and financing.
Applicants should demonstrate relevant experience in transport infrastructure, heavy-load road design, terrain assessment, feasibility studies, project costing, and stakeholder engagement. Experience in renewable energy infrastructure projects will be considered an advantage.
Expression of Interest submissions should not exceed two pages and must include:
- Organization profile and relevant experience
- One or two comparable projects
- Brief proposed approach and availability
